福建食用菌产业发展现状及对策分析

分析福建省食用菌产业发展现状,结果表明：食用菌产业产量、产值逐年增长,食用菌种类不断丰富,食用菌加工产业快速发展,并进一步分析福建食用菌产业发展过程中具有适宜的自然条件、丰富的原材料资源和劳动力资源等优势和存在的劣势,提出发展食用菌产业的相关政策建议。

Analyzing on development present situation and countermeasure of Fujian edible mushroom industry

Through analysising on development present situation and countermeasure of Fujian edible mushroom industry,found that the output and output value were growing year by year,edible fungus types were enriched continuously,mushroom processing industry developed rapidly.The paper further analysised 3 superiorities of mushroom industry: suitable natural conditions,abundant raw material resources and labor resources,solid industrial base,and putting forward the relevant policy recommendations to development edible fungi industry.
