Study on the Circular Economy Pattern in Bashang Area of Zhangjiakou

The recycle economy is a kind of new developing economic development model,and an important way to implement sustainable development strategy.In Bashang area of Zhangjiakou,the natural conditions were quite poor and the economy development was relatively backward in Hebei province.We advocated recycle economy in Bashang area,which can drive its economic development for the development at full speed.It can help to achieve reunification of economic benefit,environmental benefit and ecological benefit,and to achieve sustainable development of community.
