萘乙酸对燕麦种子胚根长、胚芽长和发芽率的影响

摘    要:以燕麦种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度萘乙酸(NAA)营养液对燕麦胚根长、胚芽长和发芽率的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的萘乙酸培养液对燕麦的生长有不同的影响,即有不同程度的促进或抑制作用。其中0.001mg/LNAA对胚根的生长表现出促进作用;0.01mg/LNAA对胚芽长生长表现出促进作用;0.0001mg/LNAA对发芽率有促进作用:0.1~10mg/LNAA对燕麦的胚根长、胚芽长和发芽率均有抑制作用。

Effect of Naphtylacetic Acid on Growth of Radical ,Hypocotyls and Germination of Oat Seeds

Abstract:The paper analyzed the effect of Naphtylacetic Acid on the growth of radical,hypocotyls and germination of oat seed.The results indicated that the growth of radical,hypocotyls and germination of oat seed are promoted or suppressed with different concentration of Naphtylacetic Acid.The growth of radical and hypocotyls are accelerated respectively by 0.001mg/L and 0.01mg/L of Naphtylacetic Acid,while the germination rate is increased by 0.0001mg/L.All the three factors are inhibited by 0.1~10mg/L.
