甘肃省定西地区生态经济发展模式

定西地区具有不同类型的黄土高原生态脆弱环境。研究定西地区生态经济发展对于实现黄土高原生态脆弱区可持续发展具有重要意义。本文通过分析定西地区社会、经济发展现状及主要制约因素 ,研究认为产业结构低水平、社会经济发展水平落后、城市化进程缓慢、水资源短缺与生态环境脆弱是导致生态经济系统效益低下 ,制约本区可持续发展的主要因素。在现实条件下 ,优化产业结构 ,建立与生态环境和资源相协调的生态经济系统 ;加快城市化进程 ;加强农村人居生态环境的建设 ;建立适宜于本地环境的生态型能源结构 ;开展小康示范村和生态示范村的建设 ;加强生态型乡镇工业园区建设是实现定西地区生态经济库发展的有效途径。并根据定西地区不同类型的黄土高原生态脆弱区 ,提出了不同生态经济发展模式。

The Developmental Pattern of Ecological Economy at Dingxi Prefecture of Gansu Province

Dingxi Prefecture has different kinds of ecology fragile environment of loess plateau. It has signification for us to study the ecological economic development of Dingxi Prefecture for realizing the ecology fragile district sustainable development of loess plateau. Based on analyzing characters of water resources and current status of social and economic development at Dingxi Prefecture, the factors to restrict sustainable development are as follows: low-level of industrial structure, slow process of urbanization, shortage of water resources, etc.Under the realistic society and environment condition, the paper bring forward effective ways to develope ecological economy at Dingxi Prefecture. First, setting up coordination development of the ecology economic system with the ecological environment and resources by optimizing the structure of industry. Second, accelerating the urbanization process and strengthening the construction of the ecological environment of rural human settlements. Third, setting up the environmental energy resources structure suitable for the local environment. Fourth, launching the construction of the demonstration village of affluent society and ecological environment. Finally, strengthening the ecological industrial zone for villages and towns industry. Furthermore, the research put forward the development patterns for different eco-environment, according to the different kinds of ecological fragile district of loess plateau of Dingxi Prefecture.
