摘    要:研究了不同浓度的GA3、NAA、6-BA浸种处理对银叶菊种子发芽的影响。结果表明:GA3、NAA、6-BA不仅可以提高种子的发芽势和发芽率,而且可缩短发芽时间,但过高浓度不利于种子的萌发。其中以1 mg/LGA3、5 mg/LNAA以及0.1 mg/L 6-BA处理效果最好,其发芽势分别比对照高19.00%、10.33%和7.33%,发芽率分别比对照高15.34%、6.34%和7.67%。

Abstract:Effects of different concentration of plant growth regulators on seed germination of Senecio cineraria were studied such as GA3,NAA and 6-BA.The results showed that GA3,NAA and 6-BA had obvious promotion functions on seed germination not only in improving germination energy and germination rate,but also in shortening germination process.High concentration inhibited seed germination.The optimum concentration was GA3 1mg/L,NAA 5mg/L and 6-BA 0.1mg/L,respectively.And the germination energy of them was 19.00 %,10.33 % and 7.33 % higher than that of control group.The germination rate was15.34 %,6.34 % and 7.67 % higher,respectively.
