| 摘 要： | 用AHP进行中职园林专业教师教学能力期望评价。该体系的准则层由基本技能、基本素质、教学能力(课堂教学能力)和专业岗位能力等4个指标构成,指标层由教学组织能力、运用教法能力、教学测评能力、教学设计能力、语言表达能力、微机操作能力、学生管理能力、外语水平、科研能力、职业道德、教育法规、教育心理、团队合作、人文素质、产品开发、操作技能、生产管理、市场营销等18个指标组成,对评价结果进行了分析。
