| Abstract: | The value of sweet potato in nutrition,health care and medicine has widely attracted people's attention.It is more necessary to develop sweet potato industrialization.Based on the analyses of variety,cultivation,processing,marketing and existing problems in sweet potato industrialization,in this paper some countermeasures to promote sweet potato industrialization were discussed. |
