生长调节剂对柳杉苗越冬生长生理变化的影响

摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)和6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)对-年实生柳杉幼苗越冬的生长生理状况的影响,为越冬柳杉苗缩短育苗周期,提高出圃率及春季造林成活率提供参考。方法]分别采用50、100、150mg/L的NAA和6-BA对柳杉实生苗秋冬季生长生理进行调控,测定其生长生理指标的变化,研究NAA和6-BA对柳杉幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果16-BAl50n·g/L能更有效促进柳杉苗生物量的积累,有利于苗木长高,NAA150mg/L对于根系生长的促进作用明显;NAA和6-BA能不同程度提高柳杉幼苗秋冬抗性,表现为稳定光合色素及促进其生成,同时调控渗透调节物积累。NAA100mg/L处理下柳杉叶片叶绿素种类含量最高,可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸含量积累均在其浓度为100mg/L时出现最高值;6-BA对柳杉的生理作用没有明显影响。结论]NAA100~150mg/L对越冬柳杉苗生长生理最有利,6-BA150mg/L对柳杉苗生长有-定促进作用。NAA壮苗表现优于6-BA。生产上可采用叶面喷施法选择浓度在100-150mg/L的NAA,以适当浓度的6-BA为辅,为越冬柳杉优良苗管护生产和提高造林成活率打下基础。

Abstract: Objective ] The effects of different contents of NAA and 6-BA on the growth and physiology change in one-year-old Cryptomeria fortunei seedlings were studied during winter season so as to provide references for shorten cycle of Cryptomeria fortunei seedlings nursery, im- prove out planting rate and survival rate of afforestation. Method] 50,100,150 mg/L of NAA and 6-BA were chosen to regulate the growth and physiology of Cryptomeriafortunei seedlings. Physiological and growth indicators of changes in Cryptomeriafortunei seedlings were evalua- ted. Result] The results showed that the growth of Cryptomeriafortunei seedlings was promoted by both NAA and 6-BA in varying degrees which enhanced diameter. Under 150 mg/L content of regulators, 6-BA promoted the biomass accumulation and height of Cryptomeriafortunei seedlings more effectively. But NAA showed obvious promotion to the growth of root. Chilling resistance of the seedlings was improved during winter season by both of them, due to the stability mechanism of photosynthetic pigment and regulating osmotic substance accumulation. The series chlorophyll content in leaves was the highest under the NAA100 mg/L treatment, the value of soluble protein and free pro line were accu- mulated to highest under a concentration of 100 mg/L NAA, while the significant effects on physiological indicators were not found under 6-BA treatment. Conclusion] 100 - 150 mg/L NAA were most favorable for winter growth and physiological Cryptomeriafortunei seedlings and 150 mg/L 6-BAa certain role in promoting growth of Cryptorneria forturtei seedlings. NAA was superior to 6-BA for overwintering physiology of Cryptomeriafortunei seedlings. It' s better based in 100 - 150 mg/L of NAA and aided with the appropriate concentration of 6-BA. When foliar spraying was supplemented for provide a foothold of the culture and management of wintering Cryptomeria fortunei seedlings and improving the survival rate of forestation.
