摘    要:通过对高效液相色谱法连续测定番杏中VC、VB2、VPP含量的全过程进行分析,建立评定模型,确定不确定度的来源,并对测定过程中的不确定度分量进行了计算评估和合成。结果表明,测量VC含量为0.28mg/g时,扩展不确定度为0.0084mg/g;当测出VB2含量为0.0013mg/g时,扩展不确定度为0.00012mg/g;当测出VPP含量为0.0047mg/g时,扩展不确定度为0.00079mg/g。评定结果对HPLC法联测蔬菜中多种维生素结果的可信度提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The uncertainty in determination of vitamin C(VC),vitamin B_2(VB_2) and nicotinic acid (VPP) in New Zealand spinach was modeled on the base of the full analysis.Each component of uncertainty was evaluated and combined to establish the source of uncertainty.The results showed that the contents of VC,VB_2 and VPP were 0.28,0.001 3 and 0.004 7 mg/g,respectively,and then their expanded uncertainties were 0.008 4,0.000 12 and 0.000 79 mg/g,respectively.This paper provided a reference to verify credibility of HPLC results of multi-vitamin in vegetable.
