不同小麦品种人工老化处理后种子生理生化特性的变化

摘    要:本实验以丰抗38、信麦69、众麦1号等3个小麦品种为材料,进行梯度人工加速老化处理,处理时间分别为0、1、2、3d,结果表明:发芽率、活力指数和TTC还原强度随着处理时间的延长逐渐降低,可溶性糖含量呈现先低后高的趋势,MDA含量则随处理时间的延长逐渐升高,其中丰抗38的变化最为明显.

Effect of artificial accelerated aging on seed physiological and biochemical characteristics of seed of different wheat varieties

Abstract:Seeds of Fengkang38 , Xinmai 69 and Zhongmai 1 wheat varieties were treated by gradient artificial acceler- ated aging treatment, such as 0, 1,2 and 3 days. The results showed that, with the treatment prolonged, the germination rate, vigor index and TTC reduction intensity decreased, the soluble sugar content decreased and then increased, MDA content increased gradually,especially for Fengkang 38.
