诱导源及其诱导剂量对黄粉虫幼虫血淋巴抗菌活性的影响

摘    要:采用紫外线、超声波、菌液饲喂、菌液注射等方法对黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor)进行抗菌肽的诱导,每种诱导方法分别采用不同诱导剂量,以确定最佳的诱导方法和最适的诱导剂量。结果表明:不同诱导方法的黄粉虫幼虫血淋巴抑菌活性大小为菌液注射紫外线菌液饲喂超声波。菌液注射法适宜的注射剂量为104cfu/头,诱导后培养48 h抑菌效果最好。采用琼脂糖孔穴扩散法进行测定,其对猪致病性大肠杆菌等6种动物病原细菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,特别是对猪致病性大肠杆菌和猪链球菌具有较强的抑菌活性。

Abstract:The antibacterial peptides were induced from larvae of Tenebrio molitor by ultra-violet,ultrasound,feeding of bacteria liquid and injection of bacteria liquid.Different induction dosage was used to each induction process to determine the best induction process and induction dosage.The results showed that the order of antibacterial activity was: injection of bacteria liquid> ultra-violet> feeding of bacteria liquid> ultrasound.The best induction dosage was 104 bacteria/Tenebrio molitor,and the best antibacte...
