| 摘 要： | 为了探讨牛乳中葡萄糖转运相关基因的表达，采用牛初乳作为实验材料，运用分子生物学相关实验和技术，进行乳汁体细胞的提取及RNA的提取、反转录和扩增，对牛乳汁中葡萄糖转运相关基因的表达进行了研究。结果：牛初乳中含有大量的体细胞（SCC为20万／mL，台盼蓝拒染测得活力为60％），可以利用提取的体细胞进行细胞分析以及RNA的提取，所提取RNA的完整性和纯度可以用来合成cDNA，看家基因GAPDH扩增条带清晰。以上结果表明所合成的cDNA可以作为模板进行基因扩增，进行牛乳汁中葡萄糖转运相关基因表达的研究。
