摘    要:选取5种药剂在玉米移栽初期、未受危害前进行田间药效试验,测试其防治效果、持效期、危害指数、草地贪夜蛾虫量变化情况等,对比5种常用药剂防治效果和持效期。结果表明,200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂和5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂的防治效果和速效性较好,药后2 d防治效果仍维持在100%;药后14 d苏云金杆菌G033A可湿性粉剂的防治效果降度最小;通过防治效果和矫正虫口减退率对比,持效期长短结果为苏云金杆菌G033A可湿性粉剂(50.24%、-5.23%)>200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂(40.07%、-16.93%)>5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂(39.24%、-25.54%)>80亿孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌CQ-Ma421可分散油悬浮剂(16.01%、-26.78%)>150 g/mL茚虫威乳油(9.71%、-28.57%);5种药剂的防治效果均能达到60%以上。200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂和5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂为草地贪夜蛾发生严重区首选农药,危害轻度区推荐使用苏云金杆菌G033A可湿性粉剂。

Comparison of Field Control Effects and Duration of 5 Insecticides Against Spodoptera frugiperda

Abstract:In the early stage of maize transplanting and before being harmed, five kinds of insecticides were selected for field efficacy test to test their control effect, duration, hazard index and insect population change, so as to compare the control effect and duration of five kinds of commonly used insecticides on Spodoptera frugiperda. The results showed that, chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L SC and emamectin benzoate 5% ME had good control effect and quick effect, and the control effect remained at 100% 2 days after treatment. The control effect of bacillus theuringiensis G033A SC will be the least 14 days after treatment. By comparing the control effect and the reduction rate of corrected insect population, the results of the duration were as follows: Bacillus theuringiensis G033A WP(50.24%, -5.23%) > Chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L SC(40.07%, -16.93%) > Emamectin benzoate 5% ME(39.24%, -25.54%) > Metarhizium chager CQ-Ma421 8×109 cfu/mL OD(16.01%, -26.78%) > 150 g/mL Indoxacarb EC(9.71%, -28.57%). The control effects of the five pesticides can reach more than 60%. This showed that chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L SC and emamectin benzoate 5% ME should be the first pesticides in the areas with serious occurrence of Spodoptera frugiperda, and bacillus theuringiensis G033A WP is recommended in the areas with mild harm.
