| 摘 要： | 介绍了河北省节水农业综合技术体系研究与开发的成果。该成果就河北省如何因地制宜地选择工程节水模式及节水农业的综合配套技术提出建议。对河北省农业土壤墒情监测预警系统、水资源优化监测管理系统的构成作用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The research of the integrated technical system for water saving agriculture in Hebei Province and its developed results are described. The results expound that how to select engineering water saving mode and integrated matching technique for water saving agriculture in line with local conditions of Hebei Province. Meanwhile, for Hebei Province's agriculture, the compositions of the monitoring and alarm system for soil moisture content and the monitoring_management system for water resources optimization, and their effects are discussed. |
