| 摘 要： | 分析了茎尖培养获得的花叶病脱毒果蔗拔地拉叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率 (Pn)及一些叶绿素荧光参数的变化 .结果表明 ,脱毒果蔗的叶绿素含量、Pn、光合系统 原初光能转换率和潜在光化学反应活性均比感染花叶病的果蔗高 ,而且脱毒果蔗生长快 ,后期不早衰 ,蔗茎产量比未脱毒的高 30 %左右 ,品质获得显著改善

| Abstract: | Chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and some chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Sugarcane mosaic virus -free chewing cane (Badila), which was obtained through apical meristem culture, were observed. The results indicated that chlorophyll content, Pn and some chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of virus free chewing cane were higher than that of infected plants. The virus free plants grew more rapidly than infected ones. The stalk weight was 30% higher than that of infected plants, the quality of virus free chewing cane was improved. |
