摘    要:振动气吸式穴盘精量播种装置是利用振动气吸原理,使种子在种子盘上克服相互间内磨擦力而产生有利于吸种的"沸腾"运动。根据气体动力学和散粒体动力学理论,建立了振动气吸式精播装置的吸种运动场和振动场的数学模型,分析了种子在吸种场中的运动规律及其影响因素,并验证了其正确性,为该播种设备的结构设计、参数选择提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The vibrational air-suction tray precision seeding-machine is a device using the principle of vibrational air-suction so that seeds are "boiling" to reduce the inner friction force which increases the capacity for sucking seeds motion. According to the principle of gas dynamics and bulk-solid dynamics,we attained mathematical models of air-suction flow-field distribution and vibration-field,and analyzed seed motion rule and its influencing factors. Experimentation results showed validity of mathematical models so it has the guiding role to design structure and select parameters of the vibrational air-suction tray precision seeding-machine.
