| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶—2、—9(MMP—2、MMP—9)在乳腺良性病变及乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测10例乳腺良性病变及29例乳腺癌组织中MMP—2和MMP—9的表达。结果：MMP—2和MMP—9在乳腺癌中的表达明显高于乳腺良性组织。且乳腺癌患者中有淋巴结转移组MMP—2、MMP—9的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组。结论：MMP—2和MMP—9在乳腺癌组织中有高表达且在乳腺癌细胞突破基底膜向外扩散、转移中起着重要作用,两者参与了乳腺癌的转移过程。

| Abstract: | Objective: To approach the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) 2 and 9 and its significance in benign breast disease and breast carcinoma.Methods:Expression of MMP 2 and 9 was observed by SP immunohistochemical technique in 10 benign breast diseases and 29 breast carcinomas.Results:Expression of MMP 2 and 9 in breast cancer was much higher than that in benign breast disease ( P <0.01).Compared with breast carcinomas without positive metastasis,expression of MMP 2 and 9 was upregulated in those with lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05).Conclusion: MMP 2 and 9 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. |
