| Abstract: | Chimeric techniques have significant meaning on studying the development of mammal earlier embryo,probing the law of cell differentiation,mastering the rule of gene expression and building the animal model of inherited disease and so on.The article summarized the production methods and analytic means of chimeras in recent years. |
