| 摘 要： | 于2006年10月—2008年11月在4个软泥底质的池塘中分别放入塑编网造礁和毛石造礁,对仿刺参进行了两种养殖方式的对比试验。11月初放苗,参苗平均规格为400~600头/kg,每种养殖方式中放苗1200 kg(60万头)。经过两年养殖,于2008年11月收获,放入塑编网造礁的池塘中共培育出规格为4~5头/kg的仿刺参19200 kg(25.6万头),成活率达42.7%,总重量增加了15倍;放入毛石造礁的池塘中共培育出规格为7~8头/kg的仿刺参9000 kg(6 300头),成活率达10.5%,总重量增加了6.5倍。 |
