| Abstract: | Hydroperitoneum disease' and' trembling disease' are 2 kinds of bacteria diseases mainly happening in Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis from juvenile to adult. From diseased crab the pathogens were isolated, which were Aeromonas hydrophlia and Vibrio mimicus. The results show that the LD50 is 8. 88 x 103 -- 1. 42 X 105 CFU/crab for the juvenile with body weight 30-- 50 g, and the sensitivity of different bacteria to antibiotics is different. |
