水花生的水粗提物对赤子爱胜蚓的驱赶作用

目的]研究人工养殖蚯蚓的采收技术。方法]以采自南京蚯蚓养殖基地的蚯蚓＂大平2号＂为试材,通过养殖试验研究利用水花生水提液采收赤子爱胜蚓的效果。结果]水花生粗提物浓度为2：1、3：1、4：1和8：1时,1 h内试验蚯蚓的平均采收率分别为91.65%、83.30%、58.35%和16.65%,而清水对照蚯蚓的平均采收率为0。方差分析表明,水花生粗提物浓度对蚯蚓的1 h内采收率影响极显著。多重比较表明,水花生粗提物浓度为（2～3）：1时,蚯蚓的1h内采收率最高。随着水花生粗提物浓度的下降,蚯蚓的1h内采收率逐渐降低,清水对照的采收率最低。当水花生粗提物浓度为2：1时,如果蚯蚓不能在1h内爬出,则会死在培养料里。结论]利用该法采收赤子爱胜蚓简便、省力。
