| 摘 要： | 以山东省鱼台地区蔬菜重金属污染为研究对象,对该地区11种蔬菜样品中重金属元素Cr、As、Pb、Cd、Hg的含量进行分析。结果表明,重金属Cr、As、Pb、Cd、Hg在各类蔬菜中的平均含量偏高,且以Pb、Cr最为明显,平均蔬菜富集系数为3 173.241,有害产品比例96.55%。5种重金属（非金属As的污染特性与重金属类似,故在此统称为重金属）,在11种蔬菜中的平均残留量由大到小依次为：Pb〉Cr〉As〉Cd〉Hg。认为鱼台地区蔬菜重金属含量普遍偏高,其中,Pb是鱼台地区蔬菜的主要污染元素;根据各类蔬菜对土壤中不同重金属的选择性吸收,提出选择性种植的建议。 |
