| 摘 要： | 花(鱼骨)(Hemibarbus maculates Bleeker)前、中、后肠及肝胰脏的蛋白酶的最适温度为40℃;前、中、后肠及肝胰脏的淀粉酶的最适温度为40℃.前、中、后肠蛋白酶的最适pH值分别为5.0、7.0、7.0,肝胰脏蛋白酶最适pH值为7.0;前、中、后肠淀粉酶的最适pH值分别为5.0、7.0、7.0,肝胰脏淀粉酶最适pH值为7.0.
