西部山区农村居民点整理分析——以贵州省湄潭县为例

笔者以贵州省湄潭县为例, 采用定量分析方法,研究了该县农村居民点用地现状及存在问题.结果表明,该县用地粗放、布局不合理、整理潜力大.在潜力测算基础上,分析整理困难:规划滞后,缺乏科学性;整理资金短缺,资金使用不当;农民整理动力不足.并提了相关解决措施:统一规划,逐步实现村庄整理;大力发展经济,多渠道筹措整理资金,确保专款专用;整理因地制宜,区别对待;调动农民参与整理的积极性.

A Systematic Analysis of Ural Population Center——the Case of Meitan County in Guizhou Province
