水稻品种对白叶枯病抗性鉴定的研究

摘    要: 共测定了20份水稻品种和3套同核异质的12个不育系及其相应的保持系,以及携带不同抗性基因的16个水稻近等基因系对白叶枯病的抗性。结果表明,20份水稻品种中高抗品种11份,占55%,其中粳稻品种的抗病性较强。12个水稻不育系的抗病性均比其相应的同名保持系差,不育系间抗病性差异明显;T型不育胞质的抗病性较强,D型、G型不育系的抗病性较差。16个近等基因系中含xa-5,Xa-7,xa-13,Xa-17和Xa-21等5个抗性基因的品系对绝大多数白叶枯病菌株表现为广谱抗病。在抗性鉴定的基础上筛选出了适于我国白叶枯病菌小种鉴别的单基因品种。

Abstract:The resistance of 20 rice cultivars and 12 male sterile cytoplasm (CMS) and 16 near iso lines(NILs) was evaluated by inoculating 15 isolates of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) . Of the 20 cultivars,11 were high resistant to most pathotypes of Xoo, and japonica rice was more resistant than indica rice. CMS lines were more susceptible than their maintainer lines, Resistance difference also existed obviously in CMS with different cytoplasms and different nuclear genotypes.T-CMS line was more resistant than other CMS lines tested such as W shan A, etc. Among the 16 NILs, those with xa-5,Xa-7,xa-13, Xa-17 and Xa-21 resistance gene were resistant to all tested pathotypes of Xoo , but the others were susceptible to several strains of Xoo. Based on this study , seven NILs carrying Xa-3,Xa-4,xa-5,xa-13,Xa-17,Xa-18 and Xa-21,respectively, were selected as differentials and could divide Chinese Xoo isolates into 5 races (pathotypes).
