摘    要:用不同浓度的GA3、KNO3、H2O2和98%H2SO4 4种化学药剂对野漆树种子分别进行不同浸种方式的发芽对比试验,以寻求提高野漆树种子发芽率的最佳化学药剂处理方法。结果表明,上述4种化学药剂处理对野漆树种子的发芽率有显著促进作用,且各处理方法及发芽率差异显著:GA3、KNO3、H2O2低浓度范围处理野漆树种子,其发芽率呈上升趋势,但长时间、高浓度的药剂处理会对种子发芽产生抑制作用;98%H2SO4不同处理时间,野漆树种子发芽率有较明显的差异;不同浸种方式的发芽对比试验中,发芽情况最好的是98%H2SO4处理,种子发芽率最高,达到73.67%,发芽整齐,且处理时间短,仅15 min。
