| 摘 要： | 以拟南芥花蕾为材料,对Ｌｅａｆｙ基因进行了克隆和全序列分析。结果表明,该基因全长１２６３ｂｐ,共编码４２０个氨基酸,与国外已报道的序列相比较,具有９９．７８％的氨基酸同源性。

| Abstract: | The gene for Arabidopsis LEAFY (Lfy ) was cloned from the flowers of Arabidopsis and its complete DNA sequence was analyzed. Results proved that the Lfy gene contained 1263 base pairs in total length,encoding 420 amino acids,the sequence of which had a homoloy of 99.78 percent as compared with the sequence reported in foreign countries. |
