己唑醇铜配合物抑菌活性与植物生长调节效能

摘    要:利用目前主流三唑类杀菌剂之一的己唑醇与醋酸铜复配合成己唑醇铜配合物,通过抑菌活性以及植物生长调节活性研究评价新型已唑醇铜配合物的功能特性.结果表明,己唑醇铜配合物对酵母生长的抑制作用强于配体己唑醇,其中浓度为0.05 mmol·L-1配合物的抑菌圈直径是相当浓度己唑醇的1.48倍;同时配合物能够降低植物株高、增加根冠比,提高植物SOD和POD酶活,促进GSH和可溶性蛋白合成,0.03mmol· L-1配合物处理相比对照SOD活性增加了24.65%,POD活性增加了61.06%,GSH含量增加了30.41%,叶绿素含量增加了59.04%;抑制MDA积累,具有植物生长调节活性,其抗氧化特性也优于己唑醇配体.

Abstract:Triazoles have been characterized as broad-spectr um fungicides and plant growth regulators in agriculture. This experiment was co nducted to evaluate the functional features of the complex of hexaconazole with copper acetate. The results indicated that the hexaconazole Cu complex displaye d a superior antimicrobial capability to that of original hexaconazole. The inhi bition zone diameters of 0.05 mmol·L-1 hexaconazole-Cu complex were 1.48 times la rger than that of hexaconazole. The complex also changed the physiological envir onment of wheat seedlings, which contributed to lower the plant height and incre ase the root/shoot ratio. After being treated with 0.03 mmol·L-1 hexacona zole-Cu complex, the activity of SOD and POD and the concentration of GSH and chlorophyl l in wheat seedlings increased by 24.65%, 61.06%, 30.41% and 59.04% respecti vely, compared to those of the control. In addition, the accumulation of MDA was restrained in wheat seedlings, and the concentration of MDA decreased by 26.67% under the complex treatment compared to hexaconazole.
