| 摘 要： | 从提高玉米商业育种效率出发,进一步明确了玉米育种目标;强调了利用地方种质、外来种质的重要性和方法;分析了二环系育种方法的技巧,并提出了"逐步整合组装"的技术路线和从原有材料中选自然变异株,从而选育新系的方法;阐述了现代生物技术在玉米育种中的应用,并提出玉米分子育种走"企业+高校"的思路。 |

| Abstract: | In order to improve the commercial breeding efficiency for maize,further specified the maize breeding objectives,emphasized the use of importance and the methods of foreign and local germplasm,analyzed the bicyclical methods of breeding techniques and suggested the technology line of gradual integration and assembly of advantage traits,focus on variation material selected from the original natural plants to get the new breeding combination.Briefly elaborate the application of modern biotechnology in the breeding of maize and give suggestion of cooperation between college and enterprise in the molecular breeding of maize. |
