内蒙古地区土壤放线菌分离及其杀虫活性研究

摘    要:为发现具有杀虫活性的放线菌,采用选择性分离方法对采自内蒙古地区特殊生境12份土样的放线菌进行分离;先后以卤虫、淡色库蚊3龄幼虫为供试对象进行菌株发酵液杀虫活性筛选,测定高活性菌株发酵液对3种农业害虫(朱砂叶螨、小菜蛾和粘虫)的毒杀活性。结果表明,从采自内蒙古地区的12份土样分离获得放线菌183株,其中,菌株11 09 3、11 09 49、12 09 10对卤虫、淡色库蚊3龄幼虫具有较好的毒杀活性,菌株11 09 3的发酵液对小菜蛾的毒杀活性为96.67%,对朱砂叶螨的毒杀活性为93.10%,菌株11 09 3值得进一步研究。

Abstract:In order to find the insecticidal actinomycetes from the special habitats, in this study, selective methods were taken to separate actinomycetes from 12 soil samples of different habitats in Inner Mongolia. Artemia salina and 3rd larvae of Culex pipiens pallens one after another were taken as the tested object to screen fermentation broth with high insecticidal activity, and the toxity of highly active fermentation broth against three kinds of agricultural insect pests (Tetranychus cinnabarinus, Plutella xylostella and Mythimna separate ) were tested. The results showed that 183 strains were isolated from 12 soil samples from Inner Mongolia, and the fermentation broth of 11 09 3, 11 09 49, 12 09 10 showed well toxicity against A.salina and C.pipiens pallens,toxicity of the fermentation broth of 11 09 3 against P.xylostella was 96.67%, and T.cinnabarinus was 93.10%. 11 09 3 deserves further study.
