摘    要:以7 a生花椒树花芽为试材,对自然降温过程中花椒丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化物酶(POD)5项抗寒性生理指标进行测定,对各个抗寒指标间的关系进行相关性分析,并用隶属函数法对花椒抗寒性进行综合评价,确定抗寒性强弱的变化。结果表明:在自然越冬过程中,花椒花芽中SOD活性、POD活性、MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量与可溶性糖含量呈先升高后降低的趋势, SOD活性、POD活性和可溶性蛋白含量在冬季最为寒冷的时间达到峰值,可溶性糖含量达到峰值的时间较为滞后,而MDA含量在冬季最低温度来临之前已经开始下降。相关性分析结果显示:各项抗寒指标间存在较好的相关性,MDA含量与其他指标表现为负相关,与SOD活性显著负相关(相关系数为-0.873)。用隶属函数法进行综合评价,生理指标平均隶属值呈先上升后下降的变化规律,表明花椒的抗寒性经历先增强后减弱的变化。

Influence of Low Temperature Stress on the Cold resistance Physiological Indexes of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Winter
Abstract:This study measured five the physiological indexes of seven year old buds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in winter to find out the relationship between the physiological indexes and cold resistance. The result suggests that the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity, the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble protein and soluble sugar show the trend of ascending in first and descending at last during the whole winter. More specifically, SOD activity, POD activity and soluble protein content reached the highest point at the coldest time, followed by the soluble sugar content, while the content of MAD began to decline before the period of the coldest winter. And the correlation analysis showed that there was a close relationship between the cold resistance physiology indexes, however, the negative correlation between the content of MAD and the others, especially with the SOD activity (-0.873). By using the membership function for comprehensive evaluation, it was clear that the cold resistance of Zanthoxylum bungeanum enchanced first and then decreased during the natural overwintering, which indicated that the changes in the physiological indexes related to cold resistance.
