| 摘 要： | 针对当前县级土地利用总体规划修编中建设用地空间管制区研究较为薄弱的状况,提出一种基于GIS空间技术的建设用地空间管制区的划分方法。根据不同管制用途,结合佛冈县实际情况,利用数学模型和ArcGIS9.2强大的空间分析功能,定量确定建设用地空间管制区范围。确定了佛冈县规划期建设用地空间管制区分布,能反映县域的实际发展状况。该方法可以实现对佛冈县土地利用的空间划分,具有一定的可行性和应用前景。
