光合细菌降解废水中对硝基苯酚的研究

摘    要:[目的]研究光合细菌对废水中对硝基苯酚的降解。[方法]考察光照与溶解氧、pH值、通气量、菌体量、初始浓度等对硝基苯酚降解的影响。[结果]当对硝基苯酚浓度为100mg/L时,在光照曝气、pH8.0、通气量1.25vvm、菌体量15%的条件下,光合细菌降解对硝基苯酚的效果最好,12h后对硝基苯酚的降解率为100%。降解反应动力学研究显示,米氏常数Km为64.04mg/L,最大反应速度Vm为20.92mg/(L.h)。[结论]光合细菌在硝基苯酚废水处理中具有良好的应用前景。
