| 摘 要： | 本文对作者近几年从事卤虫卵干燥工艺的试验研究工作进行了慨括和总结．介绍了几种干燥方法．尤其是对沸腾干燥机应用于卤虫卵的烘干．以及在干燥过程中所存在的问题和解决办法进行了较为详细的论述。
