“促孕一剂灵”治疗奶牛不孕症效果的研究

应用兽用新药──“促孕一剂灵”治疗了３０头久配不孕的中国荷斯坦牛。结果表明，“促孕一剂灵”对几种疾病性不孕症的治愈率分别是：隐性子宫内膜炎６０％（６／１０）；慢性卡他性子宫内膜炎５０％（２／４）；脓性子宫内膜炎．３３。３％（１／３）；卵巢囊肿（同时配合应用激素药物治疗）５０％（２／４）；而对幼稚病、持久黄体及输卵管阻塞的治愈率都为零。上述结果说明，“促孕一剂灵”对子宫内膜的轻度炎症治疗效果较好，随炎症程度的加重，其治愈率降低。在应用。促孕一剂灵”治疗的同时，配合应用其它药物效果更好

Efficacy of "Cu yun yi ji Iing" in the Treatment of Infertility in Dairy Cows

A new product of veterinary medicine-Cu yun yi ji ling was used for treatment of 30 dairy cows suffering from infertilities. The results showed that the cure rates of various infertilities were as follow, respectively.60% for subclinical endometritis;50%for chronic and catarrhal endometritis;33.3%for purulent endometritis;50% for ovariancyst teated with combination of some other horrnone. However, the cure rate of the medicine for infantilism, persistent corpus luteum andslpingitis was all zero.The results indicate theat chu yun yi ji ling has betterefficacy in the treatment of subendometritis and the curerate is reduced as the severity of the endometritis increased.
