摘    要:
小麦生长发育过程中会受到多种逆境胁迫的影响,在胁迫条件下,小麦可通过改变自身的蛋白质表达水平对各种胁迫作出响应。蛋白质组学研究能够全面揭示小麦响应胁迫时其细胞内蛋白质的动态变化规律,鉴定差异表达的蛋白质,并发现胁迫响应相关的标志物,是小麦抗逆生物学研究的重要组成部分。本文简要综述了蛋白质组学技术在小麦响应非生物(低温、高温、干旱、盐碱)和生物(病原菌)胁迫上的最新进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望,以期为深入研究小麦响应逆境胁迫的分子机制提供参考信息。

Abstract:
Many environmental stresses influenced the growth and development of wheat, and wheat plant can change its proteome to adapt the environmental stresses. Based on proteome technique, the important proteins associated with stresses could be detected, and used as the potential biomarkers. This paper reviewed the advances in the application of proteomics in wheat responses to abiotic (cold, heat, drought, salt) and biotic (pathogens) stresses, and pointed out its application prospects, which would provide new insights into wheat responses to diverse stresses.
