| Abstract: | From the concept of career plateau,we analyzed the situation of University Libraries in Western Chongqing and illustrated the reason,negative interaction of ＂career plateau＂ Phenomenon in western Chongqing.The strategy of controlling ＂career plateau＂ phenomenon was given to improve the development of library undertakings in western Chongqing even to the development of the whole China. |
