| 摘 要： | 半固态高粘度胶黏剂施胶机是环境友好型棉秆重组材制备的重要设备。为此,针对KGM/CA/PVA三元共混胶粘剂的流动性较差、不便输送等特点,设计了一种齿辊式棉秆重组材施胶机,该机由1对环状齿辊、1个减速机齿轮和皮带轮传动机构构成。用试制的样机对不同固形物含量的胶粘剂进行施胶试验,采用疏解挤压方式辊胶,得到该机的喂入量为2.35kg/min,施胶量可达0.98kg/min,,获得了较好的施胶效果。

| Abstract: | Sizing machine of semisolid high viscosity adhesive is the important equipment for environment-friendly cotton stalk recombination material.This article designed a toothed roller sizing machine of cotton scrimber which pointed at the adhesive features of poor flowability and inconvenient carriage.This machine consisted of a couple of toothed rollers,a reducer and pulleys transmission mechanism.The prototype used different solid content adhesives to carry out the sizing experiments.Feeding volume of the sizing machine was 2.35kg/min and sizing quantity was 0.98kg/min.Sizing method were combing and extruding by this way getting the uniformity sizing effect. |
