后插式分插机构的研究进展及机构创新

摘    要:
介绍了后插式分插机构—曲柄摇杆分插机构的研究现状;研制了一种新型的椭圆齿轮传动后插旋转式分插机构;开发了理论模拟分析软件,并利用该分析软件对曲柄摇杆分插机构与椭圆齿轮传动后插旋转式分插机构的插秧性能,从秧针静轨迹与穴口宽度、秧针速度与伤秧率、秧针加速度与振动性3方面进行了分析比较。结果表明,新设计的椭圆齿轮传动后插旋转式分插机构比曲柄摇杆分插机构性能优良。

Abstract:
The paper presented the research progress on backward transplanting mechnism namely the transplanting mechanism with crank-rocker.A new backward rotary transplanting mechanism with elliptical gears transmission was designed.Analysis softwares of theory simulating were developed.The capacities for locus of seedling needle,speed and acceleration of transplanting mechanism were compared with the analysis softwares,proving that the new backward rotary transplanting mechanism with elliptical gears transmission was better than the transplanting mechanism with crank-rocker
