摘    要:科学合理地划定基本农田对于保护耕地以及实现区域可持续发展将起到十分重要的作用。为此,以广东省佛冈县为例,通过预测基本农田保护量和调出量确定基本农田补划量;同时,根据现状耕地的各种指标,综合运用层次分析法、熵技术修正、TOPSIS法与GIS技术确定待选入基本农田的耕地的优先次序,结合基本农田补划量对基本农田进行空间优化,从而为新一轮县域土地利用总体规划中的基本农田保护规划提供借鉴。

Abstract:Adjustment and addition of basic farmland scientifically plays a very important role in protection of cultivated Land and the realization of regional sustainable development.This paper takes Fogang County as an example,studies the adjustment and addition method of basic farmland.It is concluded that the proposed method can provide reference for basic farmland planning in the new comprehensive land use planning.The proposed method includes three steps:(1) through predicting the protective number and removal number of basic farmland to quantify the added number;(2) eva luate the selecting cultivated land into basic farmland comprehensively using analytic hierarchy process,entropy technology,TOPSIS and GIS technology;(3) select cultivated land based on the evaluation result to optimize the basic farmland spatially.
