摘    要:
将可变间距式履带底盘测功机的驱动轴组合划分为轴-键-毂组合模型和滑动花键组合模型,采用接触分析法在ANSYS中对于所建立的模型进行有限元分析。在分析过程中,对于毂外表面和轴截面进行力矩施加时,分别使用了创建壳单元和质量单元的方法,很好地解决了分析中的应力集中问题。

Abstract:
n this paper,we used the combination of the drive shaft of the variable pitch crawler chassis dynamometer as the research object.At first,we divided the combination into the combination model of the shaft-key-hub and the sli ding spline model portfolios.And then,using the contact analysis,we made the finite element analysis to the models above.In order to applied torque on the outer surface of the hub and the shaft cross-section,we created the shell elements and the mass element.Both are good solutions to solve the stress concentration problems in the analysis.
