四个不同生态型高粱杂交种幼苗耐盐性差异的比较

以四个不同生态型高粱杂交种甜饲1号、晋杂17、6A×89-363和黑30A×05-244为材料,比较其种子生理特性的差异,明确种子生理特性与其耐盐性的关系。结果表明,幼苗耐盐性强弱与种子细胞膜透性大小、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量高低呈正相关。四个品种,相对来说晋杂17、6A×89-363和黑30A×05-244耐盐性较强,而甜饲1号耐盐性较差。

Comparison of Difference between Seedlings' Salt Tolerance of Sorghum Hybrids with Four Distinct Ecotypes

In this study,sorghum hybrids of four distinct ecotypes of Tiansi1,Jinza17,6A×89-363 and Hei30A×05-244 were taken as materials.Simultaneously,differences between physiological characters of their seeds were compared for definiteness of relations between seeds' physiological characters and salt tolerance.The results showed that seedlings' salt tolerance was positively correlated with seed membrane permeability,contents of proline and soluble proteins.Among four varieties,relatively,Jinza17,6A×89-363 and Hei30A×05-244 had strong salt tolerance and Tiansi1 possessed weak salt tolerance.
