AM真菌与施氮量对白术光合色素的影响

摘    要:以非灭菌土为生长基质,采用盆栽试验和室内分析相结合的方法,研究了不同施氮水平下接种AM真菌摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)对白术光合色素的影响。结果表明,接种AM真菌提高了白术根系菌根侵染率和植株的光合色素含量,进而使光合作用增强;AM真菌的接种效应因施肥量不同而变化,施氮量为0.3~0.45 g/kg土时效果最好;适氮量和AM真菌结合有交互正效应,有利于白术生长。

Abstract:The effects of AM fungi on photosynthetic pigment of Atractylodes macrocephala were in vestigated by Glomus mosseae under different nitrogen levels in unst erilized soil.Pot cultivated and experimental analyses were carried out.The results showed that mycorrhizal infection rate could be promoted by inoculation and photosynthetic pigment content of plant.The inoculation effect of AM fungi was closed related to nitrogen applied levels,which was the best under 0.3~0.45 g N/kg soil.There was a best combination relation between AM fungi and amount of nitrogen application,and the growth of host plant would be promoted with the best combination.
