白芨多糖的抑菌作用研究

摘    要:以水提醇沉法提取白芨多糖,应用滤纸片法研究白芨多糖对大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的生长抑制作用,并测定大肠杆菌菌液的电导率、碱性磷酸酶含量和蛋白质含量探讨白芨多糖的抑菌机理。结果表明,白芨多糖对4种菌的生长均有抑制作用,20mg/m L的白芨多糖抑菌效果较好,白芨多糖可导致大肠杆菌细胞壁和细胞膜的通透性增大,引起细胞内容物外泄而起到抑菌作用。

Study on the Antibacterial Activity of Bletilla striata Polysaccharide
Abstract:Water-soluble polysaccharides were separated from Bletilla striata by hot-water extraction and its anti?bacterial activity against Escherichia coli,Proteus vulgaris,Staphyloccocus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were studied with filter method. The changes in electric conductivity,alkaline phosphatase(AKP)content and protein concentra?tion in the medium were measured to study the antibaeterial mechanism. Results showed that the polysaccharides of Bletilla striata had antibacterial activity against the four bacteria and had strong inhibition effect at the concentration of 20mg/mL. The permeability of cell membrane and cell wall of Escherichia coli were increased after treated with Bletilla striata polysaccharide,which resulted in the release of cell components.
