国际制材行业环境噪声研究现状与展望

摘    要:本文介绍了美国、瑞典、日本、英国等国家制材行业环境噪声的研究状况;重点介绍了东北林业大学课题组对黑龙江、吉林两省的13个制材车间的环境噪声进行测试、分析与评价的结果,并提示了我国制材行业环境噪声的现状及其特点,提出了我国制材行业降低环境噪声的方法和途径。

Abstract:This paper first describes the researches on industrial noise and the noise in wood conversion mills,mainly describing the researches of this nature in developing countries such as USA,Sweden,Japan and England.Since 1960s,these countries sooner or later conducted researches on the source of noise,noise absorption and noise insulating techniques to have the noise in wood conversion mills to be well disposed of.In recent years ergonomic researches are made on the impact of noise on human mind and work efficiency.In China the researches on the noise of wood conversion began in 1980s,with emphasis on the source of noise such as mechanism leading to the noise by band saw and circular saw,and on the noise reducing techniques.This paper focuses on describing the subject group in Northeast Forest University who in 1991-1992 made tests,analyses and evaluations on the environmental noise in the saw-timber workshops in Heilongjiang and Jilin,and kept informed of the serious noise in wood conversion industry beyond the set standard in China,and revealed the ultrahigh frequency(the band with higher and highest value of sound pressure level is that at 2K-8K Hz,and the band with peak value is at 2.5K-5K Hz),and unstable state(noise fluctuating in a range over 6 dB(A),and the highest level to be 20dB(A) characteristic of the environmental noise in wood conversion industry in China.The methods such as Leg,NL and SIL are used to evaluate the environmental noise in sawtimber workshops,with methods and approaches suggested to reduce the environmental noise in wood conversion industry in China.
