| 摘 要： | 本文通过对先混合再二分的ＤＮＡ多态性检测方法的理论分析，论证了效率提高程度的计算公式为：Ｔｏｔａｌ＝Ｎ（１／Ｍ＋２ｐ＋ｐ＾２Ｍ＾２／２）；而且作者经过实例说明，认为这是１种值得推广的高效ＤＮＡ多态检测方法。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing theoretically the method of detecting DNA polymorphism with mixture and dichotomy model,the fromula of dectectiong DNA efficiently was as follows:Total=N(1M 2p p 2M 2/2);In addition,the study revealed that this valuable technique can be used widely as a new and efficient method for detecting DNA polymorphism in the future. |
