摘    要:利用扫描电镜观察4种麻黄属植物种子表面特征。结果显示,种子的外形、大小及颜色,草麻黄、中麻黄较相似;而木贼麻黄和膜果麻黄之间区别明显。草麻黄、中麻黄具有相似的种子表面特征;膜果麻黄和木贼麻黄具有独特的种子表面饰纹。麻黄种子表面微形态特征种间差异较明显,每个种仅有一种类型,在种内相当稳定,且几乎不受地理分布的影响,在分种和植物分类上具有重要的鉴定价值。

Abstract:Characters of seeds epidermis of four Ephedra species were observed by SEM.The results showed that the shape,size and colour of seeds were little difference between Ephedra sinica and E.intermedina,but there was significant difference between E.equisetina andE.przewalskii.Ephedra sinica and E.intermedina had similar seed surface.E.equisetina and E.przewalskii had special sculpture at their seed surface.The microcosmic morphological characteristics of seeds were invariable;every species has its particular ch...
