纯电动客车集成控制器凝露形成机理与测试研究

摘    要:针对某电动汽车集成控制器实际使用过程中存在的内部凝露生成问题,搭建具有内部加热、实时监测功能的集成控制器凝露模拟试验平台。通过模拟实际工作中温湿度环境条件,开展控制器内部凝露形成机理试验测试。最终确定了该集成控制器内部易形成凝露部位及环境条件,并针对实验结果提出可行的防治措施,为研究纯电动客车集成控制器内部凝露形成机理提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of dew formation during the actual use of an integrated controller for an electric vehicle,this article builds an integrated controller dew simulation test platform with internal heating function and real-time monitoring function,and conducts a test of the formation mechanism of the dew by simulating the actual working temperature and humidity environment conditions.Finally,it is determined that the integrated controller is prone to form condensation parts and environmental conditions,and the feasible prevention measures are proposed according to the experimental results,which provides a reference for the prevention of condensation in integrated controller.
