苜蓿压扁试验台设计及其机架模态分析

摘    要:结合苜蓿压扁效果的影响因素:压辊间隙、弹簧的初始拉力、压扁辊转速、喂入量等,设计了一种苜蓿压扁试验台。借助SolidWorks中的Simulation有限元分析模块对试验台机架进行模态分析,提取出前10阶固有频率和模态振型。结果表明,其固有频率范围在151.83~69.09 Hz,与外部激振频率进行对比分析,各外部激振频率远比最低频率151.83 Hz小,因此不会发生共振现象,对机架安全性没有影响,试验台可以安全稳定地作业。

Abstract:According to alfalfa flattening impact factors,including flattening gap and the initial tension of the spring,the rotation speed of the flattening roller,the feeding amount and so on,a kind of alfalfa flattening test bench is designed.The simulation finite element analysis module in SolidWorks is used to conduct modal analysis on the rack of flattening test bench,and extract the first ten order natural frequency and modal vibration pattern.The analysis results show that its natural frequency ranges from 151.83 Hz to 269.09 Hz.Compared with the external excitation frequency,each external excitation frequency is much lower than the lowest frequency 151.83 Hz.Therefore,resonance will not occur and there will be no impact on the safety of the rack.The test bench can operate safely and stably.
