摘    要:利用改良刮制法研究了不同类型水稻品种抽穗后上三片功能叶的气孔密度。结果表明,就单个叶片而言,气孔密度通常是中部大于基部和尖部,而基部与尖部气孔密度的大小却因类型而异,所有参试品种上三片功能叶叶中部气孔密度大于基部和尖部的占83.3%,叶基部气孔密度大于尖部的占29%,而叶尖部气孔密度大于茯部的约占71%。各类型品种上三片功能叶平均气孔密度一般是剑叶最大,倒二叶大于倒三叶。但个别籼粳稻杂交品种如辽粳5号和水源342某些部位的气扎密度与上述规律略有差异。

Abstract:Using the improved scrape making method,studies were made on the stomatal density in upper 3 leaves of different types of rice after heading.The results indicated that the stomatal density of the middle part is higher than that of base or tip part as a single leaf concerned,and the stomatal density in base or tip parts varies from variety to veriety.Including all the varieties used in this experiment,of 83.3% upper 3 leaves,the stomatal density of middle part was higher than that of base and tip part. 29% ofuppers leaves base part stomatal density is higher than the tip's. The ratio of 71% was found on the contrary. As a whole,average stomatal density in upper 3 leaves varies as flag leaf >2nd leaf>3rd leaf. But,different regulanity of stomatal distribution was found in the cultivars developed from crossing between indica and japonica such as Liaojing 5 and Shuiyuan 342.
